We Didn't Invent This

For thousands of years, the people who built the world used animal fats to protect and repair their skin. It worked. Then petroleum came along, and the industry replaced something biocompatible with something cheap and scalable.

OK Tallow was built to reverse that. Not as a wellness trend — as a return to what actually works.

The tallow comes from a local supplier: pasture-raised, grass-fed and finished, no added hormones. We render and formulate in small batches, which means we know exactly what goes into every container. No middlemen, no mystery ingredients.

Started in a Kitchen. Still Made That Way.

I'm not a skincare person. I've been an athlete my entire life. For the last six years I've been working heavy industrial sites across the continental US, the Caribbean, and Hawaii. The kind of work that puts your hands, your face, and your body through daily punishment.

Sun, salt, chemicals, physical wear. I went through every product I could find and none of them held up to that life. Most of what's on the shelf is built for someone sitting in an office, not someone sweating through a 12-hour shift in the Caribbean heat and flying home on a redeye.

I started making tallow in my kitchen because I needed something that actually worked for my skin, not something that smelled clean and felt good for twenty minutes. Within the first year, a local barbershop and a coffee shop were carrying it. It wasn't a business plan. It was a product I trusted enough that other people started asking for it.

OK Tallow is still what I use every day. That's the only standard it's held to.
