SHIPPING POLICY

OK Tallow ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS and UPS. Free shipping on orders over $40.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation via email.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact ok@oktallow.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
