OK Tallow Return & Refund Policy

At OK Tallow, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is paramount. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be unused or only lightly used. We understand that trying a product is necessary, but excessive use may affect eligibility.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at ok@oktallow.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at ok@oktallow.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Store Credit Option

As an alternative to a refund, you may opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Please indicate your preference when initiating the return.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply for returns of opened or used products to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.
