REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you put on your skin. If you're not satisfied with your OK Tallow purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: the item must be in its original packaging; the product must be unused or only lightly used (we understand that trying a product is necessary — excessive use may affect eligibility); proof of purchase is required. Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return
Email ok@oktallow.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an eligible item for a different product of equal value. Contact ok@oktallow.com to arrange.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
